How To Avoid Forced Flu Vaccine (AKA Religion Finally Helps Us?)

I apologise for not updating recently, I will try to post at least once a week now. I'm very glad to see all the new viewers from so many countries. It's always a pleasure helping out so many people (over 250+ so far!)

This next post is about avoiding the flu vaccine, which is probably the best thing I could help you with so far.

Later this year in America we might get forced flu vaccines, the borders may close etc.

This new swine flu vaccine is by far the worst their has ever been (please read my post: Swine Flu Hoax,)

The best way to avoid a forced flu vaccine is telling them it is against your religion... sounds simply right? Anything that is against what they want us to do is never simply. But to practice your rights, you must read the following article:

The Law On Vaccine Religious Exemptions: What You Need to Know

There's a lot of information on the Internet about vaccine religious exemptions. Unfortunately, much of it is misleading or incorrect. The law on religious exemptions is inherently complex. The truth is, for most U.S. citizens, the law on vaccine religious exemptions is not clearly defined. In addition, law continually changes and evolves, so staying on top of your rights requires ongoing vigilance.
A complete explanation of vaccine religious exemption law is beyond the scope of an article (which is why I'm writing a book on the subject -- be on the look-out for this in the near future!), but an introduction to some of the complicating factors may not be.
First, in the U.S., vaccine requirements and exemptions (also known as exceptions or waivers) are addressed at the state law level, as the federal government lacks authority to address vaccine requirements and exemptions for state residents (federal laws do address vaccine requirements and exemptions for immigrants and the military; they also provides a means of avoiding vaccines in the workplace). Vaccines are legally required in all U.S. states and territories, but exemptions are also available in each state and territory that at least some residents may exercise.
One's right to refuse immunizations in the exercise of one's religious beliefs is a right afforded by both state and federal law in all but two states (Mississippi and West Virginia), primarily by way of state code and the U.S. Constitution's First and Fourteenth Amendments. So, right off the bat, vaccine religious exemptions necessarily involve a potentially complex mixture of state and federal law. Furthermore, on the state level, there are both statutes and regulations that must be reviewed to determine fully one's rights and options, and state constitutions may play a role as well.
Rights are seldom if ever absolute. One person's right to exercise their religion is limited by opposing rights -- in the case of vaccine religious exemptions, the state's right to require immunizations for the presumed benefit of society. Furthermore, determining your rights is not simply a matter of reading a state statute or a Constitutional Amendment. While those may be necessary starting places, they contain only broad generalizations that tell you little if anything about how that law applies to the specific set of facts and circumstances in your life. Make no mistake -- the application of those laws can vary, sometimes radically, with the widely varying circumstances of different individuals and families.
How do we determine, then, how the law applies to specific situations? We must look to legal precedent, or case law. Legislatures may make the laws, but it is the courts that interpret it -- on a case-by-case basis, one individual dispute at a time. When a case in a lower court is appealed to a higher court, the higher court (or federal district courts and some state trial courts) may issue a written "opinion" that serves as guiding precedent for the lower courts in future similar disputes. So, for starters, then, to determine what the law is for your specific situation, you must determine whether or not there is any legal precedent that applies.
Needless to say, the totality of court opinions constituting the body of precedent in any given area of law, at any given time, can never precisely address all of the different hypothetical future circumstances that may arise in that same area of law -- especially where there is limited precedent in the first place, as is the case with vaccine religious exemptions. When a situation comes up that doesn't clearly match any existing precedent, it may be difficult to say with any certainty what the law is for that specific situation. When precedent bears some resemblance to a current situation but is distinguishable from it, there may be opposing arguments about how the existing precedent applies to the present situation, with corresponding uncertainty as to the ultimate outcome.
Unfortunately, the complexity doesn't end there. Even if there is precedent that clearly applies to your specific situation, you still have to look to whether or not that precedent is "binding" or "persuasive." This depends on whether or not the precedent was issued by a court within your jurisdiction. If not, it is "persuasive precedent," and your local courts don't have to follow it. It may still support a legal argument for what your rights should be (e.g., how a court may or should rule if the matter ends up in court), but it won't determine what your rights are, and the bottom line is, a court could rule contrary to that precedent -- against you -- if it felt that doing so was the more just outcome in your particular case (and as you might well imagine, arguments favoring immunization often have the advantage).
Most of the federal precedent pertaining to vaccine religious exemptions comes from cases that arose in federal courts in New York State. Those precedent-setting cases were in federal district courts and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals (which jurisdiction encompasses the states of New York, Vermont and Connecticut). If you live outside of New York (with regard to those court opinions from New York District Courts), or outside of NY, VT and CT (with regard to the opinion from the Second Circuit Court of Appeals), this precedent is not binding on the courts in your jurisdiction and serves only as a legal argument in support of a desired outcome. Sometimes, that argument is enough to get the exemption without having to take the case to court (though as a matter of practical reality, the argument may need to be made by an attorney); other times, it isn't.
One frequent question concerns those states with laws that require one to be a member of an organized religion with tenets in opposition to immunizations in order to qualify for a religious exemption. Such laws have been ruled unconstitutional in some state and federal courts. But that doesn't mean that similar laws in other states that have not been challenged in court are presently unconstitutional -- it only means that if such present laws in those other states were challenged in court, they may be ruled unconstitutional at that time. So, if you live in a state that has these requirements, you are legally bound by them unless and until the laws are changed, despite the likelihood that if challenged, those laws would be ruled unconstitutional. This doesn't mean there's no possibility of exercising a religious exemption in those states if you don't belong to the right kind of church, but if you did succeed, it would probably be because local officials chose not to spend the time and money defending a case they were likely to lose, and not because there was any uncertainty about the enforceability of the law as it currently stands.
Another common complication to exercising a vaccine religious exemption is the "practical reality" aspect. Even if you are clear about your rights under state and federal law and know the strengths and weaknesses of your position, you still have to deal with local authorities that may or may not know your legal rights, and who may or may not cooperate with you even if they do. Sometimes, exercising an exemption is very straightforward and proceeds without incident. Other times, local officials resist efforts to exercise a valid legal exemption. They have sometimes reportedly been rude, uncooperative, and even coercive or confrontational in their efforts to thwart efforts to exercise a valid, legal vaccine exemption.
Most of the time, these folks are genuinely concerned about the health and safety of you, your children and your community, but sometimes they overstep their boundaries in their zealousness to "protect" those concerned. But even those people who successfully exercise a religious exemption on their own inadvertently leave themselves susceptible to challenge, because of what they "don't know that they don't know" about the law on exemptions. For these reasons, and because of the many inherent legal complexities associated with vaccine religious exemptions generally, many people wisely choose to consult a knowledgeable attorney before declaring and exercising a vaccine religious exemption.

The Moon Landing Hoax

THE MOON LANDING: BIGGEST HOAX OF THE MODERN ERA.

So you think America actually landed men on the moon? Well, think again. We have proof that the moon landings in the late 60's and early 70's were all a big lie!

To start with, keep in mind that there was only about 100 people involved in the moon landing hoax. Mission Control in Houston as well as most of the men and women who worked on this project nearly 40 years ago had no idea it was a fake. But how is this possible? Very simple. The power elite who put on this fiasco never let anyone see too big of picture. The thousands of people involved only had their small part to worry about. Mission control was in Houston. The launch site in Florida. The engineers, mechanics, computer programmers etc, didn't have jobs that mixed with each other. So most people couldn't figure out the whole thing amounted to a Hollywood production.

In, 1962, then President John Kennedy said he had a vision of America "puting a man on the moon and returning him safely" before the decade is out. Now, we don't know if at the time Kennedy knew this was impossible or not but shortly after his murder in 1963, the best rocket scientists in the world involved with the project informed Lyndon Johnson that science is at least 30 years away from being able to accomplish such a task. The fact is...they were a little optimistic. Here we are nearly 40 years later and we still don't have the technology to send a man to the moon and return him safely to earth. The powers that be decided if they couldn't send a man to the moon and get him back safely, then what they would have NASA do is keep the billions of taxpayer money used to fund the project and then decided they could "fake" the whole thing for a fraction of the money they were being supplied.

Here are some facts to keep in mind about the impossibilty of actually sending a human being to the moon:
The moon is constantly being bombarded with "micrometeors" that travel at speeds of 20,000 mph. To keep that in perspective a rifle bullet travels at 800 mph. Remember the moon has no atmosphere to slow them down. If any astronaut or the Lunar landing module got hit with just one of those......even if it were the size of a grain of rice, that would be the end. Strange NASA wasn't too concerned about this at the time, don't you think?

Another problem is deadly radiation. Not only for the astronauts but the radiation would have fried any pictures they would have tried to take. It is absurd that NASA tried to pass off these so-called pictures from the moon. We'll show you in a minute that all NASA'S pictures are fakes.

The moon casts a shadow here on earth and it is 250,000 miles away. For the surface to be that bright, it would be blinding to anyone. Forget about getting pictures to come out. However none of the fake photo's the astronauts took back up this fact.

Neil Armstrong...the alleged first man on the moon, is now suffering from a mental illness because of being forced to live with this lie all his life. Strange that we never see any astronaut that walked on the moon talk in detail about their experience in public. Why don't they? NASA will not allow them to do so.

Before we show you the pictures which prove the moon landing was all a colossal hoax. We want to acknowledge photo analyst Jack White who went over thousands of photo's from NASA. He's an expert photographer and agrees these pictures are fake. Keep in mind each picture NASA put out has a code, like a social security number attached to it. It usually starts with the letter "A" and "S". So, you can search NASA"S website, punch in the code and that particular picture will come up. The pictures have all been coded for decades so no one can doctor any of the pictures with out it being easy to check against the code. For instance this picture is coded in the upper left hand corner: AS15-88-11901. So you know it's a real authentic picture put out by NASA and in this picture you can see the lunar rover was dropped into postion by a crane. There are no tire tracks left on the front or back of the vehicle. [CLICK ON PICTURES FOR LARGER IMAGES]

Now look at this next picture. It's a picture of Astronaut Buzz Aldrin taken in Mauna Kea Hawaii in 1969. If you look at the mountains behind him, you'll see it's the same mountain NASA used in faking the picture below it that was used in the Apollo 17 mission. Just look to the right side of the picture and you'll see it's the same mountain NASA photoshopped from the one behind Buzz Aldrin in Hawaii.

And, here's the same fake mountain........again.

And again! Geez, guys! c'mon, you must get tired of using the same fake backdrop from Hawaii over and over again?
Look at the center of the picture. You can see exactly where the movie set ends and the fake backdrop begins. Look for the same pattern on all NASA photo's.

Now, I don't know how NASA thought they could ever get away with this. Look at the decal on Apollo 15 that says "UNITED STATES" It's put on with nothing but scotch tape. Must be the new re-enforced scotch tape that can take those 400 degree temperatures.

Here's Astronaut Pete Conrad from Apollo 12. If you look in his visor, in the upper right hand corner you can see a reflection of a studio light. You can also see the "hotspot" the studio light illuminates on the ground also reflected in his visor.

This is an absurd photo of the Eagle, the lunar module from Apollo 11 while on the moon. Look close. It is nothing but cardboard (which you can see buckling), black roofing paper, gold Reynolds wrap aluminum foil, curtain rods and masking tape along with electrical engineers tape......ridiculous!!!!!

BELOW RIGHT: Here's a photo of Apollo 17 and the lunar rover. The picture on the top is BEFORE the lunar rover was unloaded and assembled. You can see it's still packaged and has rubber bands around it. The photo at the bottom shows what it looks like AFTER they broke open the package and supposedly assembled the rover. The package kind of looks like a baked potato broken open. The problem is you can see tire tracks in the photo BEFORE they broke open the package and assembled the rover. [MAKE SURE AND CLICK ON THIS LARGER IMAGE]

BELOW: This next NASA fake comes courtesy apollo 15. In most movie sets, the crew will take a picture of the set to try and frame it correctly before they start shooting with film. The same thing here. It's just that some absent minded photographer forgot and left the polaroids on the leg of the lunar module.......dohhhh!

By the way, if you think the photos left on the lunar lander are just weird reflections from the gold Reynolds Wrap. Photo Expert Jack White shows you how you can tell the difference.

BELOW RIGHT: These are two photo's of the LEM from apollo 16. The top one taken from the command module on it's way to the lunar surface and the one on the bottom was taken after it landed. The problem is the top picture shows that the lunar rover was to be unloaded from the RIGHT SIDE (R1) and then that just vanishes after it gets to the lunar surface and now seems to be on the LEFT SIDE (S2).

BELOW RIGHT: We think the photographers for Apollo 16 need to frame their phony pictures better. You can clearly see 6 studio lights at the top of this "Lights Camera, Action" picture.

BELOW LEFT: Is the lunar rover of apollo 15 leaving no tracks again which means it was put there from above.....most likely dropped into place from a crane.

Everyone of these pictures is of Buzz Aldrin from Apollo 11. Apparently he can't figure out how he wants to dress. In some pictures his moon suit is tucked into his moon boots, in some they are not. In some pictures his gloves are white, in some they're grey. Some pictures he has an antennea ...and some he doesn't. One picture shows him wearing a black arm band...and it disappears in others.

It should be obvious. The moon landing was a lie. It was all a studio production. Parts where filmed at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia, parts were filmed in Arizona and part of it in Hawaii.

The moon landing lie is another illuminati signature fraud. It's not by chance we see that number 11 pop up again with Apollo 11 proving once again this was carried out by high ranking elitists. Remember the bible says in the last days there will be a "huge delusion" covering the planet. The fake moon landing is just another one of a long line of illuminati lies we have been exposing. Pass this information along to someone else you know who is a skeptic. Once again "have nothing to do with the unfruitfull works of darkness, but rather expose them."

Swine Flu Hoax

Swine Flu is an infection of a host animal by any one of several specific types of swine influenza virus. In 2009 the media labeled as "swine flu" flu caused by 2009's new strain of swine-origin A/H1N1 pandemic virus just as it had earlier dubbed as "avian flu" flu caused by the recent Asian-linage HPAI (High Pathogenic Avian Influenza) H5N1 strain that is still endemic in many wild bird species in several countries.
A swine influenza virus (SIV) is any strain of the influenza family of viruses that is usually hosted by (is endemic in) pigs. As of 2009, the known SIV strains are the influenza C virus and the subtypes of the influenza A virus known as H1N1, H1N2, H3N1, H3N2, and H2N3. Swine flu is common throughout pig populations worldwide.
Transmission of swine influenza virus from pigs to humans is not common and does not always cause human influenza, often only resulting in the production of antibodies in the blood. The meat of the animal poses no risk of transmitting the virus when properly cooked. If transmission does cause human influenza, it is called zoonotic swine flu. People who work with pigs, especially people with intense exposures, are at increased risk of catching swine flu. In the mid-20th century, identification of influenza subtypes became possible, which allows accurate diagnosis of transmission to humans. Since then, fifty confirmed transmissions have been recorded. Rarely, these strains of swine flu can pass from human to human. In humans, the symptoms of swine flu are similar to those of influenza and of influenza-like illness in general, namely chills, fever, sore throat, muscle pains, severe headache, coughing, weakness and general discomfort. Pigs can also become infected with human influenza, and this appears to have happened during the 1918 flu pandemic. [1] But what if the origins of the swine flu were different than what the World Health Organization told you?
Take a look at the following article and decide for yourself:
--------
Perhaps due to the genetic makeup of the fast-spreading H1N1 strain of influenza -- which includes genetic elements from bird flu, swine flu and human flu spanning three continents -- there is considerable speculation that the origins of this virus are man-made.It's not an unreasonable question to ask: Could world governments, spooked by the prospect of radical climate change caused by over-population of the planet, have assembled a super-secret task force to engineer and distribute a super virulent strain of influenza designed to "correct" the human population (and institute global Martial Law)?Technically, it's possible. The U.S. military, all by itself, has the know-how to engineer and unleash such a virus. That doesn't mean they've done so, however. It would be an astonishing leap into crimes against humanity to intentionally unleash such a biological weapon into the wild. Then again, governments of the world have routinely engaged in crimes against humanity, haven't they? The U.S., for example, dropped nuclear bombs on civilian populations in Japan. Israel rained white phosphorous on Palestinians, Hitler exterminated countless Jews, and Americans fired millions of rounds of depleted uranium rounds into targets in Iraq and Afghanistan. Unleashing a viral biological weapon in Mexico City is no great leap beyond what governments have already done to achieve their goals.Throughout human history, virtually all the great crimes against humanity have been carried out by governments -- mostly in the name of peace, prosperity and security, by the way. So let's be clear about one thing: Governments are certainly capable of doing this if properly motivated. Let there be no question about that.
Is there any hard evidence of laboratory origins? As of this moment, I have not personally seen any conclusive evidence of laboratory origins for this H1N1 swine flu. I am open to the possibility that new evidence may emerge in this direction, however, and I am suspicious of the genetic makeup of the virus as one possible indicator of its origins.I am not a medical specialist in the area of infectious disease, but I have studied microbiology, genetics and a considerable amount of material on pandemics. What seems suspicious to me is the hybrid origin of the viral fragments found in H1N1 influenza. According to reports in the mainstream media (which has no reason to lie about this particular detail), this strain of influenza contains viral code fragments from:• Human influenza• Bird Flu from North America• Swine flu from Europe• Swine flu from AsiaThis is rather astonishing to realize, because for this to have been a natural combination of viral fragments, it means an infected bird from North America would have had to infect pigs in Europe, then be re-infected by those some pigs with an unlikely cross-species mutation that allowed the bird to carry it again, then that bird would have had to fly to Asia and infected pigs there, and those Asian pigs then mutated the virus once again (while preserving the European swine and bird flu elements) to become human transmittable, and then a human would have had to catch that virus from the Asian pigs -- in Mexico! -- and spread it to others. (This isn't the only explanation of how it could have happened, but it is one scenario that gives you an idea of the complexity of such a thing happening). [2]
-----------
Another interesting article goes on to say this:
----------
"...it resulted in the massive swine flu vaccine campaign. Do you happen to recall the result of this massive campaign? Within a few months, claims totalling $1.3 billion had been filed by victims who had suffered paralysis from the vaccine. The vaccine was also blamed for 25 deaths."

Suspicions have also been raised about the actual nature of the virus itself, following comments by a WHO Official that the current strain contains both Avian and Swine Flu characteristics.

Johnson states, "Some would say this was only possible if the virus had been genetically manipulated in a laboratory".

Dr. Horowitz urges an investigation of Dr. James S. Robertson, England's leading bioengineer of flu viruses for the vaccine industry, and avid promoter of U.S. Government funding for lucrative biodefense contracts, along with collaborators at the US Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC).

These suspects helped Novavax, Inc., in Bethesda, Maryland, produce genetically-modified recombinants of the avian, swine, and Spanish flu viruses, H5N1 and H1N1, nearly identical to the unprecedented Mexican virus that is allegedly spreading to the United States at the time of this posting.

The outbreak was precisely timed to promote the company's new research and huge vaccine stockpiling contracts.

Johnson states, "Many researchers have witnessed again the extreme unreliability of mainstream sources, due to their repeated distortion of facts and failure to properly investigate the background of breaking stories. As with the events of 9/11 and 7/7, the media have rapidly created a myth which has been seared into the public psyche using a set of clichéd images and ubiquitous - and often baseless - fear tactics."

Johnson explains that other readers and researchers have contacted him over the last few days and he points out the failure of the media to report some extremely suspicious facts.

"One example is that on 19 Mar 2009, almost 1 month before the outbreak, 'Medical News Today' reported that a French Pharmaceutical Company, Sanofi Aventis 'Invests 100 Million Euros In New Facility In Mexico To Produce Seasonaland Pandemic Influenza Vaccine'.

"Additionally, another researcher alerted me to a local paper's story - dated 06 Apr 2009 - 11 days before the first Mexico case appeared - entitled 'Flu pandemic could kill up to one in 80'. This article discusses the stock piling of surgical masks and gowns. It almost seems like someone knew this was coming!"

Other researchers have noted that Illinois-based company Baxter Pharmaceuticals placed live avian flu virus in vaccine materials sent to 18 countries! A number of websites reported this story and question whether the viral contamination was intentional.

In an article entitled "Swine Flu Propaganda Explained", another researcher, Steve Collier, notes facts about the 1918 "Spanish Flu" epidemic, "Only a few died at first [these deaths are just normal occurrences]. However, they are still saying this could explode when winter comes. Therefore, governments will now suggest or enforce that the population are vaccinated - before winter comes - hence the large stockpiles of vaccines already in place. You'll see people dieing more and more as winter approaches - not because of some swine virus but because of the lethal cocktail of poisons in the vaccine!"

Researchers have also noted that the "shelf life" of Tamiflu - one of the so-called treatments for those who have supposedly succumbed to the Avian virus - is 3 years. This is about the length of time since the last significant "flu scare".

Johnson states "Another problem with the mainstream media is that they do not make it clear that there are significant problems with the tamiflu drug.

Numerous reports from Japan and other countries are showing that Tamiflu (and a related drug Relenza) can cause devastating, tragic side effects, such as hallucinations, delusional behavior, loss of contact with reality, convulsions, nausea and vomiting, psychosis, suicidal behaviour, death of both adults and children.

Johnson adds, "Another researcher advised me of a very troubling development in Paignton, Devon (UK) where, according to the UK Daily Telegraph, following reports of one child being infected, 230 children at the Community College were kept in their classrooms until they had been given a supply of Tamiflu antiviral drugs as a precautionary measure. The story states that parents gathered at the school gates after hearing Prime Minister Gordon Brown announce the new case in parliament, leading to angry scenes as police prevented them from picking up their children until the drugs had been distributed. This seems to be a case of forced vaccination - and parents are likely unaware of the risk of side effects of the type the FDA has listed."

On the general attitude of the Health Profession towards vaccinations, Johnson explains, "Most doctors believe that vaccination is a good way to deal with diseases. However, what they don't normally tell you is that most vaccines contain other toxic substances. The basic principle is, of course, that the virus fragments in the vaccine are injected into the blood to stimulate the production of anti-bodies. However, the alternative view is that it is better to ensure a fully functioning immune system so that it is ready to fight off all infective agents without the need to deliberately introduce toxicity. In the last few years, I have become much more aware of treatments such as Colloidal Silver, Oxygen Therapy and nutritional therapies. Some diets or foods aim, for example, to keep the body's PH slightly alkaline, which helps to boost the immune response. None of these treatments are toxic and they encourage the body to heal itself."

Sites such as Dr Mercola's suggest "treating yourself" by optimizing your vitamin D levels, avoiding sugar and Processed Foods, getting enough rest, considering using an "energy psychology" tool such as the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), make sure you exercise, take a good source of animal based omega-3 fats like Krill, wash your hands and eat garlic regularly.

Johnson agrees, "These sorts of steps make far more sense to me - in following them, you will know much more clearly exactly what you have put into your body. With vaccinations, the ingredients are much less clear - although some of them are known to be toxic, in various ways."

Johnson shares the concern of many other researchers, and concludes, "We are seeing a pattern - in what were once considered liberal, developed countries, the State tries to intervene and control our lives. With the engineered "Swine Flu" situation, quarantine measures are starting to be proposed and even forced vaccination being considered in some quarters. People will need to choose between putting their trust in the State, or putting trust in their own judgement and making their own health choices. Sadly, with a media that is itself ailing so badly, it is much harder for people to get access to all the information they need - and make the right choices." [3]
----------
But maybe it's all a coincidence, right? I mean, it doesn't look like America is preparing for a whole bunch of people dying... except, this looks suspicious...

I saw this on google maps (33°33'57.36"N 83°29'6.26"W )
These coffins are stacked on pallets, upside down on each other (about 17 per pallet). Apparently the Government is expecting a million people to die relatively soon, and the Atlanta Airport is a major airline traffic hub, probably the biggest in the country, which means Georgia is a prime base to conduct military operations and coordination. It is also the home of the CDC, the Center for Disease Control. One million plastic coffins "just in case something happens". When has our government every been so efficient?
But, maybe FEMA has something else in mind, maybe this isn't for the swine flu.. maybe it's for something even bigger...
Thanks for reading and please subscribe.
